What you will do

  • Drive Growth : Identify and actively pursue expansion opportunities within accounts, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Strategic Relationship Building : Cultivate deep relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, to drive engagement and satisfaction
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Sales teams to tailor our solutions to the specific needs and challenges of each new vertical.
  • Product Expertise : Become an expert in DataSnipper's platform, leveraging your knowledge to effectively demonstrate the value it can bring to organizations in a variety of new industries.
  • Market Insights : Stay ahead of trends in emerging verticals and use market intelligence to adapt the sales strategy, optimizing customer engagement and conversion.

What you bring to the table

  • 3 years experience in account management, business development, or sales within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and account growth.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executives and key decision-makers
  • Great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Proactive mindset and excellent project and time management skills
