What are the responsibilities and job description for the Communications Support Specialist position at DataSoft Tech?
Day to day: Responsible for supporting two department level managers (FG-AM 4 and FG-AM 8) within IT department. This person will help coordinate team building functions. Will need to juggle the needs of the two managers who are quite different people. Responsible for calendar management and scheduling travel and managing reimbursements. Minor purchasing work to help manage catering and office supplies. Put together PowerPoint presentations and scheduling/organizing workshops and agendas. Occasionally help schedule trainings.
Nice to have: Spanish or German language skills
Must have: Executive administrative experience required. Needs someone who is assertive and has the initiative to help managers become more efficient and help streamline their processes. Experience working with SAP or SRM, and basic accounting functions (purchase requests and goods receipt).
For the first 3 months needs to be 100% onsite after that point there could be some work from home potential.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
