Overview

DataSoft Technologies is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC. The Account Manager will be able to work closely with Business Partners, Recruiters, and Talent Acquisition teams and work with their staffing business model for Corporate, Federal, and State clients, Direct Clients, VMS (Full-time & Contract Placements), and generate business from them.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control, and the development of additional business in collaboration with other team members.
  • Conducting site visits, attending trade shows/recruiting events, and networking opportunities
  • Build excellent customer relationships within the client organization. Understand the issues and challenges the client faces and provide high-level Staffing Solutions.
  • Able to define and implement strategies to help DataSoft become a strategic solution provider to corporate, state, and federal clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with direct clients, help them fill their staffing needs, and contribute to their growth.
  • Track and review all processes and parameters while collaborating with the business to drive the metrics toward the business goals.
  • Understand the resources' skills, strengths, and interest areas for better alignment to open positions.
  • Coach & mentor the teams to deliver consistent deliverables with high-quality parameters.
  • Responsible for constant interaction with clients and MSP's
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Functional recruiting experience in a complete life-cycle environment
  • Team leadership experience; remote team leadership experience is a plus!
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
  • Model excellence in recruiting for the broader team and the business
  • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills and the ability to build strong candidate/client relationships
  • Team player mentality with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
  • The ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and embrace changes as they arise
  • 5 Years of experience in Business Development and New Client Acquisition
  • Proven leadership and relationship-building skills (networking), Business acumen, attention to detail, Project Management, Well versed in Technology
  • Must be independent and a self-starter
  • Strong ethical standards personally and in business conduct
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure the team is adequately equipped to hire in a timely, cost-effective manner and deliver candidates accurately matched to assigned clients' specifications
