Key Responsibilities

• Contact pre-qualified leads to introduce our background screening services
• Engage prospects in professional and persuasive conversations
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives
• Maintain detailed records of call interactions in Salesforce
• Follow up with interested prospects to nurture leads

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required)
✔ Ability to handle objections professionally and confidently
✔ Comfortable working with scripts and CRM software (Salesforce)
✔ A positive, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
