Datawiz has a current opening for a Service Desk Analyst to support their Federal Government client on a full-time, long term contract.
In this role, the Service Desk Analyst provides priority based categorization to track the progress of all incidents and restore degraded or disrupted services as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities :
- Answer Help Desk phones and provide Tier I support to users on a variety of issues
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
- Log and prioritize calls and provide reports as required on Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
- Possess strong customer service and communications skills
- Analyze, evaluate, and test software and hardware problems
- Handle heavy call volume
