Office Services Specialist
Location - 852 South White Horse Pike, Hammonton, NJ
Work Hours - 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Lunch - 1 hour as scheduled (Unpaid)
Interview Mode - Virtual
These staff perform data entry and processing tasks for all referrals. This includes managing mail, email – regular and secure, faxes, file creation and archiving, database query and data entry. Also provides customer service functions providing information to providers related to status and enrollment.
Equipment to be used by the temporary staffing professional(s) : PC, Fax, Copier, Scanner
Computer software to be used : Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internal Software
Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience Data Entry, Phone, Filing, Email, Excel
