Commissioning PM to lead multiple high-profile data center projects across Kansas City and beyond. This role offers remote flexibility, dynamic challenges, and career advancement in an organization that values innovation and expertise.
Your Role:
As a Commissioning Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee and manage complex commissioning projects across multiple sectors.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Provide technical expertise throughout all project phases – from design to post-construction.
- Work closely with General Contractors, trades, inspectors, and AHJs to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
- Conduct thorough Commissioning Design Drawing & Specification Reviews and Submittal (shop drawing) reviews.
- Demonstrate fluency in commissioning processes covered under ASHRAE, CSA, and LEED requirements.
- Hybrid position with 30% travel to site.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 5 years of experience in MEP construction, commissioning, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and commissioning procedures.
- Project Management Certification (preferred, not required).
- Building Commissioning Certification (preferred, not required).
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety Certification (preferred, not required).
