The Role
As a Mission Critical Traveling Project Manager, you will oversee project direction, completion, and financial success while managing relationships with owners and subcontractors. You will lead on-site teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall project execution, including timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality assurance, and collaboration across all projects.
• Mentor and develop on-site staff to ensure top performance and morale.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and risk management to drive project success.
Qualifications:
• 3 years of proven experience ensuring client satisfaction and delivering on-time projects.
• 3 years of experience meeting or exceeding planned profit targets.
• Track record of fostering a culture of safety and quality control on projects.
• Expertise in managing subcontractor relationships and maintaining schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or 8 years of equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
