At DataXport, CS Reps will have the opportunity to interact with customers over the phone, chat, and email in a responsive, productive, and professional manner. Agents must provide outstanding service in every customer encounter, be effective communicators, be able to respond to directions and work as cooperative team members.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Answer calls professionally
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
· Research required information using available resources
· Handle and resolve customer complaints
· Provide customers with product and service information
· Enter customer information
· Process orders, forms, and applications
· Identify and escalate priority issues
· Route calls to the appropriate resource
· Follow up on customer calls and emails where necessary
· Complete encounter logs as required
· Produce encounter reports as required
Education and Knowledge
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Proficient in relevant computer applications: Windows proficiency
· Knowledge /willingness to learn customer service principles and practices
· Knowledge/willingness to learn about call center telephony and technology
· Good data entry/keyboard skills: Minimum score of 30 WPM, minimum accuracy of 92%
· Knowledge of administration and clerical processes preferable
· Willingness to learn about relevant products /processes as applicable

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Predominately sedentary light office position with a high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required (100% of the workday).
