*Job Summary*
Datel Corp is a licensed low voltage contractor. We sell and service and install Category6 Network cabling, Fiber Optic cabling, Telephone systems and equipment.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support and assistance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Dispatcher you will be responsible for making and scheduling work orders with Customers and your technicians.
*Responsibilities*
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, shipment tracking, and issue resolution
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using Quicbooks and Email.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
*Skills*
- Proficient in phone etiquette with excellent communication skills
- Experience with data entry and utilizing various software systems like AS400, SyteLine, or Oracle Transportation Management
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, logistics, and transportation management systems
- Ability to navigate phone systems efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with freight operations is a plus
-Assisting with pulling Low Voltage Electrical permits with the City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.56 - $19.73 per hour
