Job Summary : Our client Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) is looking to hire an experienced Mental Health Counselor to work fully in-person in the Counseling And Psychological Services office! This is a contract position (temp-to-perm), lasting the entire Spring semester (mid-January thru mid-May) with opportunity to become permanent. The hours are flexible, 40 hours per week, between the office hours of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. The perfect candidate will be a licensed NYS mental health professional and have at least 3 years of clinical experience.Job Responsibilities : Direct Service (65%)Provide individual and group therapy services to culturally diverse undergraduate and graduate student , intake evaluations, treatment follow-up, and appropriate Administrative (20%)Maintain clinical documentation in a thorough and timely manner.Teamwork and Professional Development (15%)Participate in CaPS staff meetings, peer consultation group, IHS Case , participate in campus committees, programs, professional development opportunities, and working groups.Job Requirements : Must have a Masters degree in a Mental Health related (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT).Must have at least 3 years of clinical
