Our client is Universal Music Group, and they are looking for a Production Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their production processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of song-related information to various systems and societies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning, scheduling, and monitoring of all production aspects.
- Input and manage data in scheduling systems with precision.
- Maintain clear communication across Creative, Marketing, A&R, Manufacturing, and Production teams.
- Collaborate with external design, pre-press, and print vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Learn and master proprietary UMG-specific software programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by company management.
