Client requires a InsBridge Rating Developer who demonstrates leadership abilities, is very knowledgeable in the P&C software industry, and can work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In-depth knowledge of InsBridge Rating architecture is required. Expected to work in a team setting providing guidance to less senior team members, providing expertise in configurations and integrations and design with support from the Architect on the team and keeping the team m
Required Skills:
Overall Experience 5 to 10 years, with 3 years’ experience in configurations and integrations of Oracle Insbridge rating of Insurance products
Very good understanding of rating algorithms, rate tables and rules configuration in Oracle Insbridge
Very good skills in XMLs and SQL
Good experience in requirement analysis and converting requirements into configurations
Good knowledge of Insurance domain, both Commercial and Personal lines of products and their rating
Good knowledge of Insbridge Architecture, Design and Integration patterns
Experience in deployment code to higher regions
Very good communication and analytical skills, should have worked directly with customers
Experience: 11to12Yrs

Required Experience
Takes responsibility of configurations, architecture for a large/complex project or multiple projects with minimal to moderate support required from account Architect
Ability to lead code reviews to ensure best practices are being followed in the technical deliveries for the project
Assists in creating estimates for the project and supports estimation for complex projects
Provide inputs to the technology domain consultation and technical solution for proposals
Creates knowledge/certification artifacts and evaluation criteria
Mentors in building new areas of competency
Guides or provides technical training in relevant technology areas
Assists in creation of solutions and other IP artifacts
