Job Description:

• Proven experience in program management, quality assurance, and testing coordination.
• Expertise in Test Automation and AWS.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to analyze program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to eliminate testing challenges and enhance automation to improve lead time to change.
• Develop and communicate a clear plan for testing improvements, including opportunity identification, ownership, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Domains, internal automation teams, and environment/data teams to implement improvement initiatives.
• Triage environment-related issues, assign ownership, and conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
• Oversee data collection and maintenance for statistical analysis and reporting.
• Set and execute long-term goals and objectives for program success.
• Establish and manage end-to-end testing through comprehensive test plans, work scopes, and dependency traceability.
• Track progress, escalate and mitigate risks, and ensure timely defect resolution.
• Lead daily defect calls to accelerate issue resolution when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards through audits, reviews, and validations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of testing standards and best practices.
• Define clear objectives and strategies to ensure successful program execution.
• Organize and monitor inter-connected projects to assess performance, ROI, deadlines, and budgets.
• Align program delivery with the organization's overall mission and strategic goals.
• Develop and manage program budgets and operational plans.
• Coordinate program activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide consistent progress reports and escalate risks to ensure timely resolution.
