Join a business transformation team creating value through business process automation as a Sr Program Manager driving cross business and cross functional change. This role will lead and manage the pipeline of business process improvement within a large business group and work directly with an IT team executing business process automation. You will define, generate & implement program plans with the robotic process automation (artificial intelligence).
You will work with business and function leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities to automate business processes and drive execution to realize business value and cost savings. You will execute development programs of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams (of functions and Centers of Excellence). You will manage and lead complex, global development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You will define, generate & implement program plans. You will drive business transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and drive overall business process automation strategy.
- Develop and maintain program pipeline opportunities.
- Work with business process owners to scope programs & define business value.
- Obtain cross functional/cross business stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate business process mapping in support of process automation.
- Drive on-time execution with IT Robotic Process Automation team.
- Collaborate, direct, lead across multiple projects/workstreams
- Coordinate with businesses and functions.
- A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
- Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and post roll out support.
- Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
