As a Food Beverage Service Expert at Dave & Buster's, you will play a key role in delivering memorable Guest experiences and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company sanitation procedures.
- Effectively operate credit card machines, manage change, and maintain sufficient cash and coins for transactions.
- Consistently follow all bar recipes to guarantee quality products and optimize Guest satisfaction.
- Process food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all menu items and provide expert advice on food and drink preparation.
- Manage sales on personal Micros keys and complete side work tasks during shifts.
- Exhibit proficiency in operating Micros systems, processing transactions, and accounting for all funds.
- Present garnished dishes and deliver trays to designated areas or other sections within the restaurant as needed.
- Contribute to sales growth and brand promotion by participating in incentives and contests.
- Prepare bar inventories and daily requisition sheets as required.
- Efficiently clear and reset tables.
- Sustain exceptional Guest satisfaction by monitoring food delivery, maintaining drink levels, clearing clutter, pre-bussing, and addressing Guest concerns in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to promote a harmonious and productive work environment.
Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required. Must be able to read and communicate in English. Work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment. Move about facility and stand for long periods of time. Walk or stand 100% of shift. Starting hourly rate is $15 per hour.
