A food and beverage company is seeking to hire a Payroll Administrator. Looking for someone who can oversee the timecards for over 2,000 employees using UKG software. All employees are paid hourly and weekly. The right person for this position can work in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable processing high volume payroll.
Responsibilities
- Process and audit payroll information in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
- Collaborate with HR to ensure proper handling of employee benefits deductions
- Utilize various payroll software systems such as PeopleSoft, Paychex, HRIS, Ceridian, Kronos, and UltiPro
- Conduct general ledger account reconciliations related to payroll
- Assist with accounts payable functions as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in using payroll software such as PeopleSoft, Paychex, HRIS, Ceridian, Kronos, and UltiPro
- Knowledge of financial concepts related to payroll processing
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
