Compensation : 60,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities :

  • Develop a strong understanding of engaging with potential clients in the Charleston real estate market through active prospecting, meeting setups, and proficient contract negotiations.
  • Focus on acquiring new clients, a crucial aspect of the real estate industry, while working towards obtaining your Real Estate License.
  • Maintain an up-to-date real estate CRM to search for new clients, efficiently manage existing leads, and nurture client relationships.
  • Take advantage of sponsored training opportunities to enroll in real estate school at zero cost, with the potential to secure a performance-based real estate sales position as you progress toward obtaining your license.
  • Progress to an intensive real estate agent training program upon passing your exam, acquiring the necessary skills to establish yourself as a consistent six-figure earning real estate agent in Charleston.
  • Ensure availability to accept incoming leads throughout the week and weekends, with the flexibility to meet with clients based on their schedule being essential.
  • Teamwork and working with others are necessary to work in this role. You will be working alongside Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders daily.

Qualifications :
