The four friends scrounged up $900 to put a tiny stand in an East Hollywood parking lot. The menu was simple, and the chicken was the star. Sourced and prepared to be the juiciest and most tender chicken imaginable, each piece is topped with Dave’s signature mix of spices ranging from No Spice to “The Reaper.”

Looking for driven individuals who are looking to lead great restaurants, and those who are looking forward to the possibility of overseeing multiple units (not required).
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, team leadership, and inventory control. Someone who is HUNGRY, HUMBLE AND EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including customer service, kitchen management, and inventory control.
- Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Supervise kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Expertise with P&L's and pivoting based on data needs.
**Skills:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in various POS system for managing restaurant operations.
- Strong background in kitchen management and food service.
- Experience in team management and supervising staff.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices to optimize stock levels.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and ensuring compliance.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is preferred.
- Direct oversight of P&L and can change targets and goals based on data.

Three childhood friends in their 20’s who scraped together $900. Our not-so-grand opening was in 2017, in a parking lot in East Hollywood, with a couple of folding tables and a portable fryer under the night sky.

So much was born for us in that moment. The lines went down the street and around the block. An older brother joined the team. We opened our first store. And our goal became clear. Make juicy, spicy, hot chicken that will “Blow Your Mind.”
