What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Architect position at Daveclar Cloud Solutions?

Role Overview:
Acts as the lead architect for state IT projects, ensuring best practices in system design, data integration, and security.
Provides expertise in enterprise system development, including requirement gathering, testing, reporting, and modeling.
Collaborates with government agencies (MNDOT, MNGEO, DPS, etc.) to implement technology solutions.
Leads integration efforts with municipal/county police and third-party public safety vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop system enhancements and determine technical requirements.
Lead development teams and provide training & knowledge transfer.
Maintain functionality of public-facing IT systems like MNCrash.
Assist in resolving system integration issues across different agencies.
Oversee system maintenance and software updates.
Support data migration efforts to replacement systems.
Required Qualifications:
8 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
5 years of experience as a Lead Developer.
3 years of experience in multi-client system architecture.
Strong systems thinking, IT governance, and leadership skills.
Agile development experience.
