Requirements:
- 8 or more years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
- 4 or more engagements lasting more than 6 months in Enterprise Architect role.
- 5 or more years as a lead developer.
- Experience architecting solutions across multiple business units and clients.
- Experience with IT governance, operations, and system lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise for system enhancements, requirements, and modeling.
- Lead MNCrash development staff, delegate tasks, and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Maintain functionality of public crash data query systems and resolve issues.
- Lead integration efforts with state/local agencies and third-party public safety vendors.
- Provide technical and business requirements for a replacement MNCrash system.
- Oversee system maintenance, updates, and address technical support requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on system improvements and integration solutions.
