Location: Rochester, NY Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $52,000 - $104,000/yr.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing schedules to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of projects, products, or services. Experience with Syteline ERP systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive schedules for specific projects, operations, or production.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather input and ensure alignment on scheduling priorities.
- Analyze resource availability and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Utilize scheduling tools and ERP systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare and present scheduling reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a scheduler, production planner, or similar role.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and software (experience with Syteline ERP is a strong advantage).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and resolve complex scheduling issues.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Syteline ERP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
- 2 years of experience in a related field
- Certification in scheduling or project management (e.g., PMP, CPM) is a plus.
