DEPARTMENT: Accounting-Procurement
POSITION PAY RANGE: $12.00 - 12.50, Hourly

Summary
This position assists with the daily services and operations of the Mailroom & Copy Center. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff, faculty, and visitors. Ensure everyone is greeted and assisted promptly.
- Maintain working knowledge of and ability to perform on all copy and mail functions including working knowledge of all equipment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information including student records.
- Communicate openly and often with supervisor and other team members.
- Keep office and supply areas neat and orderly.
- Support department efforts and goals with knowledge of software programs used.
- Knowledge of campus environment and key people.
- Taking initiative to identify other assistance that might be provided when normal activities are completed.
- Provides GREAT customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our customers.
- Demonstrate and promote the University Cultural Values.
- Understand and abide by all external and internal regulations and policies. This includes NCAA, GLIAC and national affiliations associated within athletics or other role specific regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum High School diploma or GED.
- Must be enrolled half time (6 credit hours as an Undergraduate and 3 credits as a Graduate) and meeting the standards of academic progress.

- Must be able to work both independently and as a member of a team.
- Respond positively to students with problems and direct them to appropriate staff for resolution.
- Experience in office procedures, receptionist duties, and computer (Microsoft Office, Word and Excel) skills.
- Ability to organize and process multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Self-motivated.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and promote a positive working environment, spirit of cooperation and positive reactions to change and conflict resolution.

- Must be able to work an irregular schedule, evenings or Saturday as needed, additional hours during peak times or as required
- Business office environment. Prolonged sitting and/or standing may be required. The job may require working with office equipment for extended periods of time. Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and reaching may be required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
