Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Maintain and build landscapes, including gardens, lawns, and other outdoor areas.
- Oversee tree care, ensuring proper pruning, planting, and maintenance practices are followed.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal water usage for all landscaped areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of groundskeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and lawn care techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Skills
