Davians Event Center is actively looking fill an event manager role in our Event Center located at N56 W16300 Silver Spring Dr. in Menomonee Falls.
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Event Lead and Coordinator for on premise events and off premise catered weddings.
Candidates should have good verbal communication skills, organizational skills and can work on a deadline plus be able to lift and carry at least 50lbs. This is a planning and executing role so the candidate must be comfortable working with the client as well as handling and working the events/food service portion of the business.

Must be available nights and weekends.

Entry-Mid level Management
Event Lead/Coordinator Responsibilities
- -Oversee all aspects of implementation of booked events
- Detail events booked through our sales department
- Detail events and create BEOS and invoices
- Run all aspects of the event center events including routine preparation through the successful delivery of the events till the completion
- Able to open and close event and to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Primary Contact for event personal
- Hold a valid bartenders license and ability to obtain a ServSafe Certification
- Familiar with Catering Software and Scheduling programs
- Familiar with AV/Pa and lighting
- Assists with tradeshows, works with clients for tastings, menu planning and all details relevant to clients events
- Williness to roll up your sleeves and assist with service, catering, bartending based on business needs
- Ability to multi-task and works well under pressure
- Ensures the event is successful from start to finish, including possible turnovers
- Split time between Events and Off-Site Catering Department depending on needs of the business
- Supports other departments within the business during off season and or when needed
