FINANCIAL
- Review financial information, build and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
- Review allotments each month and provide monthly report on inventory, profits, expenses, etc.
- Monitor and oversee ordering of office supplies, products and medical supplies
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation including vendor relations
- Oversee Inventory Management and perform inventory when the need arises
- Set Company and Employee Goals
LEADERSHIP
- Incorporate Vision and Mission of GFP into each project, updates of projects and implementation of processes with employees via bi weekly huddle meetings, thinking hat meetings, laser roundtable and monthly staff meeting
- Run monthly office staff, thinking hat, weekly manager, laser roundtable and biweekly huddle meetings
- Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work effectively, meet deadlines and company standards
- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
- Share updates on goals, sales successes, and employee spotlights
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth operation and assist with flow/schedule when needed as a float/leader.
- Schedule and coach employees on a quarterly basis during “coaching sessions” and perform annual employee evaluations with feedback from employee and management team
- Create, maintain and implement daily workflow documents and job descriptions for each role at Gilpin Facial Plastics
- Training new and existing staff when needed to be sure that each employee has the skills needed to be successful in their roles
- Oversee all marketing for the company
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
- Post open positions, interview prospective employees and make suggestions to management on who we should hire for open roles
- Coordinate Staff Advanced Training and Development within business allocations in annual budget
OR MANAGEMENT
- Work with employees and consultant to perform benchmarking and quality assurance studies for AAAHC accreditation
- Maintain AAAHC and State of TN accreditation through daily, monthly and annual management of the Operating Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,273.68 - $113,547.48 per year
