The role offers the opportunity to take on a leadership position, managing a steady stream of complex commercial litigation cases. The practice covers a wide range of issues, including shareholder disputes, contract disputes, securities litigation, insurance disputes, antitrust, consumer protection, directors' liability, and intellectual property.
Requirements :
- At least 3 years of litigation experience
- Licensed to practice in Washington State
- Strong experience in handling commercial disputes
- A passion for guiding businesses through intricate legal challenges and systems
