Commercial Litigation Associate- Seattle, WA

About the Role:
As a Litigation Associate, you’ll be part of a high-performing team tackling challenging commercial litigation cases. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience, with a strong preference for those with clerkship experience or a background in complex commercial litigation. Experience in insurance bad faith and coverage litigation is a significant plus!
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Washington.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong research and writing skills, backed by an impressive academic record.
- Clerkship and/or trial experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative litigation team.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $220,500 – $260,000 (reflecting experience, education, licensure, and market factors).
