Learning Opportunity:
The Integrity Music Publishing intern will help manage our Integrity Music Publishing catalog from new song turn-ins of Integrity writers to tracking pitches and releases from our 35k copyrights.
Internship Description:
- Listen to songs and catalog them into our DISCO account with correct tags, writing splits, lyrics, dates of creation, songwriters, etc. and work alongside the Publishing Admin team for song registration.
- Assist in creating calendar invites for writes with details on time, location, and needed emails (writers publishers).
- Strategize alongside the Integrity Publishing Team about opportunities for songs “beyond the writing room.”
- Care for and steward the Integrity Writing Rooms (Studio A & B) and the equipment therein.
- Assist with the greater A&R and Publishing team with weekly tasks and responsibilities.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Internship Requirements:
Formal Education: Formal Education: Music Business, Songwriting, Creative, Administration
Experience: None required but must have quick learning abilities for our systems and processes.
Specialized Knowledge/Certification: Publishing language (work-tape, demo, co-write, splits, etc.)
Equipment Knowledge: PC and/or Mac computer, DISCO (our catalog software – easy to learn!)

Internship Working Conditions:
- Comfortable working conditions, handling light weight, intermittent sitting, standing, and walking.
- Detail-oriented work requiring mental acuity and accuracy
- Normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) are typical. Up to 15 hours per week. Monday – Thursday with flexibility.
