What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR/Office Manager/Payroll Admin position at David Carroll Associates, Inc.?
Responsibilities to include:
- Bi weekly payroll processing
- Onboarding/Offboarding employees
- Respond to HR questions
- Produce payroll reports
- Keep employee files current
- Arrange for certificates of insurance
- Stay current on licenses; trade certifications; DIR reporting; mandated educational programs
- Schedule meetings and trainings
- Attend weekly finance department meetings
- Train on our software to produce client invoices
- Tasks will not be limited to this list.
Capabilities of Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment that requires the ability to wear multiple hats throughout the day
- Professional oral/written communication skills; operating in a collaborative and team environment
- Operate independently to complete high quality work to meet established goals. Performs assigned duties with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Naturally inquisitive and highly proficient with technology.
- Proven ability to learn new IT technologies and applications with ease.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with HR/Payroll in general and Quickbooks Online in particular
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong computer skills, highly organized and detail oriented.
- High School diploma required; College Degree preferred
