Job Overview
David Dobbs Enterprises Inc. is a well-established custom menu manufacturer located in St. Augustine, Florida. We are looking for a dependable Accounts Payable Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
· Process invoices and verify financial data to maintain accounts payable records
· Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made promptly
· Obtain proper information/approvals regarding invoice payments
· Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices, or receiving issues
· Provide clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the company
· Research statements and check vendor files for any previous payments
· Assist the department with any clerical needs that may arise
Strong knowledge of ERP software systems helpful, especially Epicor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
