This is Farmers' newest opportunity! This program provides individuals seeking an entrepreneurial opportunity with access to a 12-month development program that will provide an opportunity to become an agent with Farmers. Protg Agency Producers are trained and groomed for future agency ownership while working alongside a highly-qualified mentoring agent.
In addition to training and mentorship, Protg Agency Producers have access to the award-winning University of Farmers training program that is designed to help enhance their knowledge and establish skill sets for future excellence.
You will solicit new prospects, sell our products and services, and assist existing clients as necessary. You will also network within your community attending networking events, sales conferences, and trade shows to market your business and target your preferred audience.

Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service to policyholders
Educating customers on their plan options
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Requirement
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be able to obtain or currently possess a property & casualty insurance license
Ability to obtain or possess an active Insurance license
Strong work ethic and leadership skills
Driven and goal-oriented individual
