We are currently seeking Full-Time Landscape Maintenance Technicians at our Brookfield, WI location. This role offers the opportunity for personal and professional growth, collaboration with industry experts, and the chance to work on hands-on, outdoor projects. This is full-time year-round employment, during the winter we do snow removal, training and complete maintenance projects.
Qualifications
- At least one year experience in landscape lawn care
- Willingness to learn and improve processes
- Commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid WI driver's license with a responsible driving record required
Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns through mowing and trimming
- Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees
- Apply fertilizer and pesticides as needed
- Perform seeding, sodding, and hydro-mulching tasks
- Conduct spring and fall cleanups
- Remove snow and ice (for hourly snow bonus)
