Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Orthodontic Financial Coordinator to join our practice. We have an established fee-for-service, patient centered Orthodontic Practice in Cerritos and Long Beach. We are a quality oriented practice and believe in providing our patients excellent customer service in a very personalized environment. Full time approx. 32 hours / week, Mon-Thurs, with no weekends. Excellent benefits, including medical, bonus pay, uniform allowance and continuing education.
Duties
Entering orthodontic financial contracts.
BIlling and collecting both patient and insurance accounts.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
Utilize Ortho II Edge software for scheduling, efficient data entry, billing, collecting and reporting.
Prepare financial reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
Second staff member to answer phones and schedule appointments.
Support budgeting processes by providing accurate data analysis and forecasting.
Experience
Previous experience as a Orthodontic Financial Coordinator, including insurance billing / collecting within a dental clinic is preferred.
Proficiency in using financial systems in Ortho II Edge is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
