Summary/Objective:
Under the direction of management, the Supervisor contributes to a positive work environment, while also connecting with customers and communities around them. They are responsible for creating an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer that walks through our door through their management of the cafés operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, and team development.
Role/Responsibilities
- Understands and completes opening or closing procedures
- Key player in the Workforce Development Program
- Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote the efficiency of operations
- Inspects kitchen and dining areas and kitchen utensils and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met.
- Verify back up product is available
- Conducts and logs temperatures of the product
- Train employees and review proper portion control
- Monitor employee hand washing and verify that uniforms are clean and properly worn
- Enforce all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Word Perfect, Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule.
- Cleared TB test results.
- Cleared background check.
