Job Summary
David Mayfield Selections is a young, dynamic company seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Dallas team. This role involves engaging with current and potential clients, understanding their needs, and partnering with them to enhance their offerings. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving business development and expanding our market presence.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication and customer service.
- Partner with customers to enhance the offerings they bring to the market through education and list cultivation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Experience
- 2 years of experience maintaining and growing a wine sales route in Houston preferred.
- A track record of new business development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
