Description :

I am looking for an Insurance Producer. Someone who is outgoing, friendly, enjoys meeting & talking to new people, someone who is a self-starter, & wants to help others. You will be someone who works to exceed sales goals, and who has the self-discipline & motivation to work without constant supervision. For this person, your income is only capped by your ambition.

Responsibilities :

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, & market appropriate products & services
Establish customer relationships & follow up with customers as needed
Provide prompt, accurate, & friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, & billing clarification

Requirements :

Sales experience (inside or outside sales rep, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals / quotas preferred

Excellent communication skills- written, verbal, & listening

Self-motivated

Ability to multi-task

Ability to effectively relate to customers

P&C, L / H licenses

if not licensed, must be able to, and willing, to get licensed within a reasonable timeframe. Licensing costs may be reimbursed.
