David Ross Orthodontics is currently looking for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator. 1 year or more of scheduling and sales EXPERIENCE is a plus but not necessary. All we ask is that you bring a FIVE STAR attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a love for people and patients! We are a private practice seeking motivated, enthusiastic, bubbly people to join our already amazing team!
Summary of Position:
The Treatment Coordinator (TC) is responsible for welcoming patients into our practice, communicating with them about treatment options, and ultimately explaining financial options so they can start their treatment. The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for ongoing communication with patients and parents before, during and after treatment. The Treatment Coordinator also monitors the pre-treatment recall system and communicates with referring offices. This role is vital and requires a high level of attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Function:
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude and deliver excellent customer service to patients
- Coordinate patient care and treatment according to the doctor and other team members.
- Discussing finances and financial options
- Be receptive to training and coaching on best practices
- Maintain an organized working space
- Coordinate with other team members and doctors as needed for treatment issues or questions
- Other duties as required as they relate to the position
- Participating in our team's community outreach and marketing activities.

- Sales experience

*This position does require travel between our two locations.
