SALES SPECIALIST
Do your numbers add up? Can you sell a steak dinner to a vegetarian? If you're an aggressive and results-seeking deal closer and lead follower who refuses to take "no" for an answer, we want you selling for our entertaining Las Vegas productions!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Serve as the primary administrative resource for the Ticketing, Marketing, and Sales department
- Handle all administrative and reporting functions for the department
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization
- Maintain top accounts including timeshares, travel agents, and online brokers
- Submit and process orders in a timely manner
- Respond to complaints and provide after-sales support when required
- Ensure accuracy and adequacy of sales materials
- Increase sales through excellent customer service, relationship building, and market trends
- Develop sales pitches to increase sales, maintaining documentation of contact outcomes and invoices and/or contracts
- Reach out to leads though a variety of channels such as email and phone
- Meet or exceed specified goals
- Assist the Director with sales related projects
- Perform other related job duties as assigned

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
- Minimum of two years of related experience
- Experience in ticket sales and/or timeshare sales is a plus
- Knowledge of ticketing systems in a plus
- Knowledge of sales laws and policies as well as ethical considerations
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work environment: Fast-paced, in-person office setting
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours a day
- May be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, and telephone
- Light to moderate lifting may be required, up to 25 lbs
- Specific vision abilities required due to viewing computer terminals and company data
