David Weekley Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Associate to join our team in the Portland / Vancouver area! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the skills needed to be successful in new home sales and, after a training period of at least 18 months, increase your responsibilities as a Sales Consultant with big earning potential. Job Responsibilities

Sales Associates will participate in David Weekley Homes training program while supporting Sales Consultants through customer service, administrative tasks, marketing and other responsibilities.

Your responsibility is to bring a great attitude, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!

Qualifications

Real estate experience is not required. If you have recently graduated or have experience in hospitality, serving, education, insurance, apartment leasing, event management or comparable customer-facing role, this may be the career for you!

• An Oregon Real Estate License will be required. If you do not have one, we will work with you to earn your license upon employment.
• Driven to excel.

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• A positive, team player attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree or experience in sales, marketing, communications, hospitality or related field.
