David Weekley Homes is seeking to add an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to our team in Phoenix. This position is located in the SE Valley.
The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and the ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities. Experience in residential home building is highly preferred!
Job Responsibilities :
- Process contracts
- Manage / apply for various permits
- Coordinate meetings and team events
- Maintain accurate electronic files for each home
- Prepare reports
- Pay invoices and utility bills
- Order supplies
- Other support as needed
