Job Title: Residential Construction Superintendent/Builder
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Construction Superintendent/Builder to oversee the construction of single-family residential homes.
This role involves ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency while managing subcontractors and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in residential production building, with a proven track record of scheduling, supervising subcontractors, handling budgetary responsibilities, and managing worker productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of home construction projects
- Planning, scheduling, and coordination of quality-built homes
- Maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the building process
- Inspecting and managing the quality of work performed by subcontractors
- Maintaining a professional, clean, and organized job site
- Completing homebuyer reviews
Requirements:
- 2 years of residential production building experience preferred
- Experience scheduling and supervising subcontractors
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in handling subcontractor payroll and other budgetary responsibilities
