Role and Responsibilities :
The Growth Analyst (Retention) will lead our retention efforts, leveraging data to identify opportunities to improve user engagement, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value. This person will execute data-driven strategies and measure their impact.
Customer Segmentation :
- Analyze customer behavior data to segment customers based on purchase history, demographics, and preferences.
- Develop targeted retention strategies for different customer segments.
Data Analysis and Reporting :
Track key retention metrics, such as customer lifetime value (CLTV) and repurchase rate, and identify areas of improvement.Identify factors influencing customer retention and churn.Conduct cohort analysis to understand customer behavior over time.Use data analysis tools to uncover insights and trends in customer behavior.CRM Marketing :
Design and execute customer contact campaigns, including email, SMS, and other channels, to engage and retain customers.Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.Customer Loyalty Programs :
Assist in the development and implementation of loyalty programs to incentivize repeat purchases and increase customer engagement.Analyze loyalty program data to identify opportunities for improvement for promotional offers.What you’ll bring :
