Business Development Representative (BDC) - Watertown, NY

Davidson Auto Group is looking for a Business Development Representative! This position will answer phone calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries for the Sales department and help schedule appointments for the potential customer to come in and meet with our experienced Salespeople. The BDC Representative is many customers' first impression of our dealership so we’re looking for someone who’s friendly and energetic!

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails based on leads and inquiries of prospective customers.
• Set appointments for prospective customers to meet with a salesperson.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Required Skills:

• A multi-tasker that can provide great customer service.
• Detail and process oriented.
• Proficient using computers and learning new systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High levels of self motivation.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years of age.

• Previous sales experience.
• Previous automotive experience.
• Previous experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
