Digital Media / Streaming Director
Davidson College, a NCAA Division I school and member of the Atlantic 10 Conference, is now accepting applications for its Digital Media / Streaming Director position.
This position is responsible for but not limited to, the Department of Athletics coordination of video content and production, including video board content, social media features, live event audio/video streaming set up and production and support of department's special events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communications or related field required. Minimum of two years experience in athletics setting; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Prior video production skills and with proficiency in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere; Ability to work flexible hours including evening, weekends and holidays; Manage the department's digital media equipment, software, broadcast trailer and production spaces; Ability to supervise freelance staff and/or students.
Preferences
Advanced knowledge in various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc); Familiarity with process/equipment for streaming events live.
Position is a full-time with complete benefits, 12-month position that reports to the Assistant A.D. for Athletic Communications.
Salary: Based on experience | In addition a stipend is available for certain Athletic event worked.
