This Digital and Web Marketing Manager reports to the Associate Vice President, Marketing and Communications and is responsible for Davidson-Davie Community College's overall web presence as well as other online presences that the College has.
What you'll do on a typical day
- Work with all departments on campus to perform needed day to day website updates to various Davidson-Davie websites.
- Maintain organization within the Marketing Department's website update request ticketing system
- Work with outside website hosting vendor to ensure website performance is optimal for all users
- Collaborate with internal and external designers to implement needed visual changes to the website pages.
- Ensure websites are accessible for ADA & WCAG Compliance
- Correct broken links, misspellings and other errors outlined in weekly reports
- Help maintain other various digital presences of the College
- Maintain sensitivity, understanding and respect for a diverse academic environment, inclusive of students, faculty, and staff of varying social, economic, cultural, ideological, and ethnic backgrounds
- Support the mission, vision, and values of the College and attends College events and meetings
- Perform other tasks as assigned which support the mission and initiatives of the College

ADA requirements for this position include critical thinking skills with the ability to process information and exercise good judgment; ease of mobility within the office setting and other areas of campus; effective use of all forms of communication; and the ability to perform general office duties, including use of the computer.
