About the Role:

The Customer Care Manager is responsible for all new home orientations and resolution of any outstanding warranty items for homeowners. This role is responsible for leading a team and ensuring all financial and customer satisfaction goals are achieved in the division.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule repairs with contractors and customers. Follow-up to ensure timely responses and resolution.
  • Follow up, inspect and ensure accurate completion of all repairs.
  • Instruct customers on how to maintain their homes; communicate with buyers/owners on any non-warranty items.
  • Manage and achieve warranty budgets for the division.
  • Handle multiple tasks, as well as projects within designated timeframes.
  • Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction in the division.
  • Lead a team of customer care representatives; responsible for overall performance in the division.
  • Performing minor repairs as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction or home building industry.
  • Experience managing a team

  • Lifting [up to 50 lbs]
