This individual will assist in leading the management in all departments with an emphasis on front-of-house food and beverage.
The Director of Operations assists the management in all departments with an emphasis on front-of-house food and beverage. This leader effectively handles guest needs and manages staff in the profit maximization, revenue and operational effectiveness. The position has active participation in many areas and therefor needs a strong working knowledge of all areas of the hotel. If you have experience making critical decisions, with a proven track record of managing, motivating, and leading a full-service hotel team this may the position you are looking for!
