We are a fast-growing, national family and consumer law firm looking to add a Salesperson (also called our Solutions Specialist or Client Engagement Specialist) to our Fort Lauderdale, Florida branch. The position will entail both sales and customer service responsibilities.
We need a bright, creative, empathetic, and compassionate person who can convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance our client experience. You will work closely with other members of the team to develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources. You will help us realize our vision of helping more people!

Responsibilities:
- Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
- Handle inbound client calls, listen to a potential new client's situation, explain our fee structure and process for their case;
- Convert intakes and sales for our wide range of legal services
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
Qualifications:
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
