Job Summary:
Our chiropractic office is seeking a motivated and cheerful member to join our team. The ideal candidate will offer a warm smile to greet patients & an ability to multi-task and see the big picture of patient treatment flow in the office. They will handle the phone in a professional manner, schedule patients efficiently, and assist with therapy modalities. We value a positive growth mindset, strong work ethic, a teachable attitude, and team-oriented perspective. You'll find our schedule to be flexible. Key Tasks:

-Greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling and confirming appointments
-Entering patient information into the office system
-Moving patients through treatment flow in the office

Skills:
-Experience using computers
-Strong telephone, communication, and time management skills
-Must have a great attitude and attention to detail
